Sad thing about Brian Stephen Wilbur and Holly Wilbur, both of Timeshare Termination Team, is that I can find no legal proceedings between any state and them or their company. There are still some proceedings concerning timeshare developers and Timeshare Termination Team. The Wilbur’s have filed BK listing assets of $10,000 and debts of $25M. They should be behind bars.

It's amazing that an industry so full of scams and shady operators is allowed to continue this way.

If that doesn't work, just default. It's not the end of the world. It may not even impact your credit score at all since you're not defaulting on a loan, just maintenance fees.

Dave wasn't embarrassed at all. He touted how he was proud that they sponsored him. He said it on multiple occasions.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if he was embarrassed or not, but he should be.

Even if you get a credit score hit, you can write a letter to the credit reporting agency that gets the ding and tell them that you tried to deed it back. You would be surprised how open these "bureaus" are to a letter. I had one ding on my credit and wrote a letter. My credit score was adjusted back up after that letter.
