Exiting Timeshare

Has anyone had any dealings with OMNI Ellis who claims they can get you out of your timeshare contract? If so, are they legit and were you satisfied?

Our experience is that 99.9% of upfront fee outfits are scams. You can do what they do. You can sell it or give it away if it's paid for. But nobody. NOBODY can magically make a legal contract that you signed just go away.

There is a simple test: Do they ask you for money upfront (other than perhaps $50 or so to run an ad)?

If the answer is "yes", stay away; they have no incentive to do anything for you after they have your money.

Unfortunately, there are many, many scammers in the timeshare world.
