I am looking to get rid of my [deleted] points on even years Wyndham timeshare at the [deleted.]

I have used up all the points for this year, so the next time it can be used will be in 2024. I believe I'm currently being charged $65-$70 a month, and I read that I can give it back to Wyndham. If anyone is interested in purchasing this from me, please msg me. I would just be looking to net out a nominal amount after all transfer fees are paid.

Thank you.

Have you tried to call Wyndham to see if they'll take it back? I believe it's free if they do.

I am not sure you would find someone wanting to pay the transfer fee, plus a years worth of mF's before they can use the points plus a nominal amount to you. If I were you I would contact certified exit to start the process asap because the sooner they process it, the sooner you can stop paying those monthly MF's.

Exactly. Same reason Wyndham won’t take it either. Ask me how I know. Still might be worth a shot.

How do you know?

I tried giving away one of my contracts early in the year but they told me I had to wait until later in the year till the points get deposited.

Offer it for free or Join Tug and put it on Marketplace and see if you get any nibbles.

I know when you transfer if you start the transaction within the first 6-7 months of your use year, they expect the points to be in the account to transfer. If you do it toward the end they do not. I have no idea what the cut off for an EOY contract would be. I doubt they would expect much more than half so starting certified exit in the next month or so might get approved knowing that the OP would be paying MF's for another 2-3 months after starting the process.
