Exchange with in Fairfield Resorts

We currently own two t/s; one of them is owned by a parent company and we can trade with in the other seven resorts with out going through RCI. Can anyone share with us the policy with Fairfield Resorts; can you trade from one resort to another with in the Fairfield system? Thank you for any input of this subject. Big Al

Yes

Fairfield has two internal exchange programs. FAX is a weeks system and Fairshare Plus (FSP) is a points system. Some resorts are in both systems, the newer ones are only in FSP. There may be some that are only in FAX.

Exchange within Fairfield Resorts

The REALLY BIG consideration is that there are about 60 resorts in the Fairfield points system to which you can exchange without charge... furthermore, Fairfield is a growing network of resorts with the additional relationships with Equivest, WorldMark, Wyndham, ...

if you do A LOT of exchanges, there is a $25 charge that covers all transactions in a given day... if you do A LOT of short term stays, you may also incur housekeeping charges... none of which, in my mind, are onerous and all are logically covering additional member expenses... :) ...
