Hi,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a converter/adapter to use in Italy and France?

Thanks,
Dave

For what use? a simple plug converter from Amazon to standard EU 2 prong plug will charge your phone/computer- even TV- using the cord you use at home. They all are multi-voltage compatible. Don't overthink it. Here's one from Amazon with a couple of USB ports to boot. About $9

Yeah. As Jim said, you probably only need an adapter as converters are not really necessary anymore. But do check the adapters for all your devices to make sure they’re compatible with 120 and 240 V. It might only be an issue if you plan to take a hairdryer or something like that with you.

Thanks for your replies. I have have done enough research to determine I don't need a converter. That is what was originally confusing for me. As Jim said, "don't over think it", which may have been my problem.

Thanks,
Dave

Not sure if you are staying in timeshares or hotels, but we found that when we were in Switzerland the hotels had adapters we could borrow.
