Escrow service only?

I am selling a few properties that do not require a title company to handle the transfer (it's just a form we fill out and notarize for transfer, very easy). However the issue of money changing hands remains - is there an affordable option for escrow only, that folks can recommend?

I've used escrow.com. It was pretty easy and not very expensive.

Thanks for the insight - I asked the title company I work with, and they only charge $100, pretty reasonable!
