Used them twice without any problems. They're owned by the PCC people (Ochoa brothers) you're buying your timeshare from, if you're buying on eBay. I think they handle closing on all their in-house sales.

All my paperwork was correct on the first try, but it still took awhile for things to close - like four to five months - but it may have been because the timeshares were in Hawaii. Be patient, and make sure you save all your documents: After the most recent closing, Wyndham tried to ding me for maintenance fees I'd paid up front to Title Outlet. I had to contact Title Outlet to get them to prove to Wyndham those fees had been paid. Took several extra days, but eventually things got straightened out. I don't know if that issue was a problem with Title Outlet, but am more likely to suspect Wyndham dropped the ball.

I'd use them again, if the sale warranted it.

Hope this helps,
Dave

Hello,

I have used them a few times and they were great every time. One of the most thorough companies I have used to this point. Take care

They were/are professional and responsive. Just stay on top of them as far as timing. Make sure you ask for a copy of the deed the day they receive it from the "seller" and follow-up as to when they send to recorder etc.

They will "mail" most docs as opposed to overnight which can add a lot of time ("checks in the mail"...) and you cannot confirm when sent/received. This may also cause further delays in recording etc. and they may "fudge" when they receive/send deed for recording, etc. I would tell them you will pay for overnight for deeds etc and require they send you tracking numbers. This would have saved me weeks of time.

Used them earlier this year. No problems. I never had to harass them for anything. If I did have a question, they were very prompt with a response.
