Error when booking

The reservation site lets me go all the way through and when I hit the book button it gives me an error. SOMETHIG WENT WRONG. I have no idea why this keeps happening.

Also on the home page I’m seeing Travel and Leisure and how I should be able to log into that with my current credentials. Once I get logged in I see nothing, but the same homepage.

Are you using the app or the website. The apps works better.

Otherwise try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

This often occurs when you do not have available points to complete the booking.

This often occurs when you do not have available points to complete the booking.

If you don’t have enough points to book the reservation typically when you initially click book when viewing inventory you will get an error stating you don’t have enough points. Once in the actual multistep booking completion process, you won’t get past the points/payment allotment step prior to getting to the final confirmation step.

Have you called and asked a VC to do it? If I can't get something to work on the app or the website, I'll call. Often they can do something I can't (if it's something I should be able to do).

Also make sure you don't have an ad blocker turned on for the owner website.
