" The maintenance fee area of My-Vacationclub.com is unavailable. For assistance with your maintenance fees, please contact Owner Services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. "

Anyone else getting this message when checking for maintenance fees on mvc?

Yes. Its been down for at least a week. When I called Marriott they said, "Its working for us" suggesting it was on my end. So now I know its not my system.

Mine says they are doing maintenance on the website.

I tried this morning to the same outcome--went in via the home page and via the "manage my account". At least through the "manage my account" I could see the actual fees--couldn't see anything from the home page link.

Wondering if Marriott is even working on this--did anyone contact them and know if they are?

According to the second post in this thread, it wouldn't seem like they are working on it.

There are actually two links in the Manage My Account page. One on the right that says "> Check Maintenance Fees", then one on the left under "Pay Fees", there is a link for; Weeks Owner, Vacation Club Points Owner, and Enrolled Owner. That link works for weeks owners and seems that it would allow one to pay fees if they are due.

The View Maintenance Fee Packages link still works. Though neither of our resorts have posted packages yet for 2011, just 2010 docs in there. Just the Check Maintenance Fees link that doesn't seem to be working.

I called in and paid my maintenance fees for MDS II, I could not see them online because of the system bug, but they were ready and I paid them over the phone.

dioxide and ada--

Thanks for the quick feedback--even going in under "weeks owner" I can't get past the "use credit card screen", it just goes blank.

I will call them this week and pay that way...

Maintenance Fees Off-Line?

Kind of amusing that on the account statement it states "You can now pay your maintenance fees via your owner's clubhouse. Go to My-VacationClub.com 7 days a week 24 hours per day?"

But when you go there you get "The maintenance fee area of My-Vacationclub.com is unavailable. For assistance with your maintenance fees, please contact Owner Services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." It's been this way for a week+??

Oh yeah I forgot, Marriott boosts CIO 100 award along with others. Must be because of the outstanding on-line reservation system they have for the Vacation Club destination program.
