Eplus any good or too late

If you Google "Interval International Customer Relations", the phone number comes up too.
It's just much faster/easier than via TUG. Just trying to get you where you needed to be.

The point is I had already rang both owner services and II customer services but thought what this person referred to was some “magical” customer relations that I didn’t know about

Customer Relations at Interval can do a few things the basic rep can't. Whether they can accommodate your needs obviously depends on the circumstances. In my case, they found me a week significantly beyond my last ePlus deadline trade.

TXTortoise sorry to be dim, but is it a different number than the standard Interval number? Do I specifically ask for a Customer Relations?

I don't think you can call them directly. In the past I've had to call, wait for a rep then convince them I needed to get to the higher level. If you're working with a specific person they can give you a number to call them directly, at least they could a few years ago.

Perfect this is the info I needed! Thank you!

Do tell us how you made this happen.

use e-plus first 3 times. If it does not work, you can always cancel after the third re-trade and get a replacement week. This was exactly my situation. NCV was my last e-plus.

Marriott has updated their change/cancellation policy. Let's see how fast II does the same.
I saw an email from Marriott Intl and Steve's comments on holding account flexibility, is there more information related to this matter that's available?
