Enrolled Weeks - What do you see on "Check Availability" Screen?

I thought I saw my points I have left this year, but now they are gone.
(Not the points you get for your weeks, but points for week turned into that are still remaining)

I think something got messed up on my account but want to make sure.

Thanks.

I don't see "search availability"

When I log into the Vacation Club Site on the Right Side the Second Item Down under "My Reservations" is "Check Availability"

That takes me to a page that at the top says:
"My Marriott Vacation Club Portfolio"
That is where I thought it showed the points I had left.

Along the top starting with "HOME" there are 5 drop down menus. Pick the middle one "Plan and Book My Vacation". The last item is " Review or Book My Vacations". That choice will get you to the screen you want.

Ok,
That is the same screen I get to with "Check Availability".

That is where I thought I used to see points and now don't.
All I see now is "Learn how to enroll your week(s) in the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations™ Exchange program."

Guess I will need to call Marriott Again.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to help because all of my 2012 Weeks have been booked as weeks, and the reservation windows haven't opened yet for my 2013 Weeks. But I'll go through a few things just in case it jogs something for you ...

If I click "Check Availability" then a "My Marriott Vacation Club Portfolio" screen comes up with DC Points info on the top and MVC Weeks info below. Like I said, without pending Points from converting enrolled Weeks I don't know if what I'm seeing is different from what you see, but at the bottom of the DC Points info there is a button, "Transaction History." If I click that I can see two lists, "Reservations Transactions" and "Points Adjustments Transactions" from the inception of the DC. This page shows which 2011 Weeks I converted to DC Points and how I used those Points. If it is supposed to show current/pending Points transactions, then you should be able to use those lists to determine how many DC Points you have remaining un-reserved. Does it work?

(Going back to that Portfolio page and looking at the Weeks info, I am glad to see that the DC Points conversion allotments are there through 2014, and it indicates that there will be no change in the allotments from the 2010 DC introduction through the 2014 Use Year. This isn't related to your question but it's the first time I noticed it out as far as 2014, so thought I would mention it.)

Points Account details on website still work in progress

BTW, it appears that the transaction summary and history detail pages are still a work in progress and may NOT be accurate. Husband and I (enrolled legacy weeks owners) were trying to do some planning two days ago, and the transaction details did not make sense (we redeemed points for a tour last summer and had about 500 points left over that did not show on the website, and several other anomalies). We called the VOA line, and the adviser had the correct information on her screens but agreed that they were still working out bugs on the website. It will be a very useful tool, once it is accurate!

I think it's time to build my own Excel spreadsheet for this...

Yeah - Chat Helped

Did a chat session to ask what was going on with my account.
She turned it over to research and today my account is back to normal.

I agree transaction history is a little strange, but glad to see everything is back to normal.

Hi we also have enrolled weeks. We converted our Lakeshore Reserve week to points for 2012 and have already used some of them so I see the balance if I go to "Plan and Book My Vacation" then "Review or Book My Vacations". This takes you to the "My Marriott Vacation Club Portfolio" page which shows the summary of your points use and any transactions. So if you have points left this is where you will see them. Is this the info you were looking for?

Yes, you can also get there by selection "Check Availability" on the right side menu.

Marriott messed up something on my account, so it was not showing that information.

After a chat, she sent a research e-mail and now I see everything again.

I like that I can check and book point weeks without having to call anyone.
A little annoying that you can not see availability if you do not have enough points.
