We have an Encore package. Spend some $$ to get a 4 night stay and Bonvoy points - they get to sell you again.

We were scheduled for Westin Riverfront in June 25 but Vistana canceled us. Our package expired August 2020. Package extended to December 31, 2021. Extension does not include the price guarantee.

Means a longer wait for the 100,000 Bonvoy points we get once we use the package and sit through the presentation.

When did Vistana cancel your Riverfront stay scheduled for 6/25, since it is currently open?

About 2 weeks ago. It’s only open for Vistana owner reservations.

Either they are prioritizing owners or they don’t have a sales staff.

Ah I totally forget we don't get the points until we go through the presentation, ugh.

My encore pricing/deal has been extended from an explorer package that we first purchased in 2018...can't wait to hear how the salespeople tell me what a deal I have and how prices have increased 20 times since I got the prize freeze :LOL:
