I haven't seen any mention of this on here yet. We were introduced to the elite owners lounge today at WSJ. Opened in November. Free snacks & beverages. Concierge assigned to elite owners. You are given a specific access card for the lounge. Small area to sit & relax. Open 830a to 830p everyday except Friday, IIRC opens at noon on Friday. Really nice.

So who pays for operation of the lounge? I would hope this comes out of the marketing and/or sales budget and not put on the HOA as a whole?

SVV has this as well.

SVR has some kind of special checkin and lounge in the Lakes activity center building. I have never been asked or invited to checkin over there. I don't know if it is limited to SVR owners or how they decide who can checkin there.

We own SVR and always get invited to check in there.

They gave us blue wristbands which we could use to grab chips and pop (this was several years ago -so may be different now). Nothing too special, but the kids liked being able to grab some goodies from time to time.

It can't be limited to SVR Owners because we were directed to check-in there and make use of the facilities on our visit in 2015.
