Elara point chart for 2021 way off.

Hi tuggers

So I booked a reservation for Elara in January 2021. I booked gold week. I booked a 3br plus LX which according to the points chart should be 11.000. I was charged 7.400 which match a 3br but not plus unit. My email does not say plus but my reservations online do.

I have looked at the dates both for weekend and week days and the points are wrong or the chart is off. I have attached my reservation, point chart and availability overview to show the wrong points.

it seems as the 3br lx have the same points as the regular 3br.

just checked and it also seems to be an issue in platinum time later in 2021.


any idea as to why and should I expect my reservation to be modified point wise?

When I made my place holder reservation, I used an Elara 3 bedroom and saw the same thing.

Yup. 2020 is most definitely the strangest year I have experienced.

We plan on going to Elara in June of 2021. If we can get a large 3 bedroom for the same points as a smaller one, we will. If I remember correctly, even the plus levels were off. I think I could have booked a Plus room (higher floor) for the same points as a regular room.
