Per the rules, not allowed. But if you look on eBay there are outfits that sell them all the time.

Most RCI point timeshares have $0 resale value and need to be given away. Many are near impossible to get rid of and some are fairly easy. I suggest you try and give it away in the Free Timeshares Forum.
