Ebay Seller relisting winning item??

Not true at all. All of my timeshare purchases (except the first one from a developer) have been through eBay. Never a problem, always a bargain, never had to ask for an estoppel. I rely on the good feedback and have never been burned (but only 6 purchases on eBay).

The auction in this thread is clearly a scam, so buyer beware. (I would not touch this auction with a 10' pole).
