Anyone ever attend a free Estate Planning Workshop hosted by Eagle Estate Services? I've attended other locally sponsored financial planning workshops, and never felt any pressure to sign up for anything, but this is a national group and that makes me suspicious. If it's as bad as a timeshare presentation, I wouldn't go near it.
 
Guess not. Seriously...
For legal work (wills, trusts, etc.), use a lawyer familiar with your state's probate laws.
No estate planner can tell you anything that you cannot already find on the net.
