I had to cancel 2nd exchange using E-Plus. Called II and an advisor told me to use the the one to get out of the 60 day window then cancel the exchange and get a replacement week good for a year. I just used the 3 exchange to do that. Now when I called II, I was told by two people that you can't cancel a E-Plus exchange after 3 times. You are stuck with use or lose. Is that true?

You can cancel after your 3rd time and get a replacement week which will be good for one year. If you get your replacement week when you are within 60 days of the week you traded for you will be restricted to a trade within 60 days. If it is further then 60 days you can trade for a week within the one year period. You will have to pay a full trade fee again.

Unless it is a recent change you should be able to cancel after the 3rd eplus to get the replacement week. I have done it but the last time was more than a year ago.

It is likely an issue of terminology. You cannot cancel the "E-Plus Exchange". What you are canceling is the current exchange confirmation. It is no longer E-Plus since E-plus essentially expires after the 3 are used. The exchange reverts back to looking like it never had E-Plus complete with the original expiration date. Just tell them you want to cancel your exchange confirmation and you should be fine.

But, subject to full price exchange fee on next transaction, correct?

Yes, with the option of again adding E-Plus.
If your week has the 60 day in the future limitation and you trade and take eplus, how does it work?
So for example today I trade for a week the end of July and take eplus. Later today I want to use my eplus, am I still limited to the end of July or does it let me go to September?

When you add E-Plus the 60 day restriction changes to 60 days from check-in instead of 60 days from the current day. So in your example your window would move forward to September. Then if you traded into a date in September the new window would move again to November.
