DVC Maintenance fees for 2022

Old Key West, $2,159.60 for 250 points = $8.63 per point
Saratoga Springs, 1,771.82 for 250 points = $7.09 per point

OKW surprises me because the bumps up each year have been huge. It was $1,862.18 last year for 250 points; SSR was $1535.68 for my 250 points.

I think it's predictable given the building design and transition coming up plus the current realities of supplies and staffing. I've said many times that I see owning OKW with the 2057 ending and transition to all being owned by DVD.

Sorry, you’ve been mislead! Those aren’t the correct per point MFs. OKW is $8.8063 and SSR is $7.3287. https://www.dvcnews.com/dvc-program...022-disney-vacation-club-annual-dues-released. The amount billed is adjusted for real estate taxes actually paid in 2021 — if they overestimated or underestimated taxes in the dues for 2021, when they bill you for 2022 you get a credit or an additional charge to make up the difference. And remember, when 2021 dues were billed, we were credited an amount for the 2020 dues that weren’t spent due to the resorts being closed for 3 months. No such credit from 2021 to apply to the 2022 bills! All that makes the difference between 2021 and 2022 look higher, if you just compare the final amounts billed.
