How did you come in contact with them - did you receive a cold call from them?
Here is the rule of thumb with ALL timeshare offers - NEVER pay an upfront fee.
REPUTABLE brokers and rental agents take their commission out of the proceeds, after it is complete - NOT upfront.
The upfront fee companies just take your money and ride off into the sunset...

DRS Title & Transfer did the job!
I sold my 2 Westin's last year to a company that was coming through town that used DRS Title & Transfer as the closing company. As I understand it now (wasn't fully disclosed at time of purchase), the company I paid the money to was not DRS Title, rather a "broker". DRS Title is only a closing company and has nothing to do with what I was told at the time of the sale.
It did take a bit longer to complete the transfer then they said it could take, it took almost 9 months, but there were problems with the paperwork, etc. Also, sometimes it took a bit long to get a call back, but when I did they were always professional and extremely helpful. All in all I had a great experience and would do business with them again!
