Please email me at Mala669@hotmail.com
I am from Dallas Metroplex area. I will handle the transfer with Hilton directly. No scammers. Only genuine inquiries. Current annual dues is 3760.50$ for 2025
And the processing fee quoted by Hilton for my 3 contracts is
SC 2144261 - $1,258
SC 2586823 - $2,626
SC 16638536 - $1,714
15000 points today will cost you over 50000$ so I’m giving it for free. Just pay the maintenance fee for 2025 and the processing fee.
Thanks.

15000 points you can use to choose from over 400
Resorts in USA and worldwide. Or can use the points to book a cruise. It’s amazing , we used it everywhere. Were old now and daughter is grown so giving it up.

Might be more successful if you split them up. It is a lot for one person to take on.

I purchased the points with Diamond resorts in Lake Tahoe and Kauai and Scottsdale. These are 3 of their biggest resorts but I’m not bound to use it only there I’ve used it in Australia France Hongkong England Austria Ireland Scotland to name a few. It’s not like traditional timeshares where you can only use it in certain weeks and in your homebase., here you can use it whenever it is available anywhere you want in USA or worldwide

I haven’t thought about that yet because I really want to get done with it completely. But since I have three contracts, I might decide later.

But can you use the points at the "home resort" ?
Is there any home resort advantage when booking?
Many are not familiar with how Diamond Resorts/Points work.
That might make your offer more attractive.

Also suggest you list what resort and how many points are associated with each of the three maint fees you listed.

People are more likely to take on one contract in an area they are interested in or a point amount that works for them

Just trying to help you out.

Which Collection is is specifically? Any resale buyer is going to be restricted to only making reservations within the specific collection you own.

No home advantage, points work equally worldwide. They’re not bound to the home resort. I bought some points in Arizona because they have about 8-10 amazing resorts that we used in weekends too like going to a country club in Scottsdale. California also has a few good resorts. We moved to Massachusetts and they had very few. So it’s better to check the link of destinations that im
Not allowed to post here. The annual fees is for all 3 contracts. It’s seen as one collection. I can book in Spain cheaper than say Hawaii. I couldn’t submit the link for the resorts as I get an error msg saying it’s spam. But the link can be found by searching diamond resorts locations.

There are a lot of resale restrictions on former DRI resorts so exact resorts are important as that will let people know what they will actually be getting because all the point usage flexibility you had, won't transfer to the new owners.

This page is not letting me post the link for all the Diamond Resorts. Only restrictions it has is that we’re not open to all the Hilton resorts. All the Diamond resorts are now called Hilton Garden vacations if you go to the Internet and Google for Diamond Resorts locations those are the ones we can book in and there is also an exchange program where you can book worldwide with other companies.

You have access to all because you bought from the developer, however a resale buyer is limited to the underlying collection for each point group (e.g. Hawaii, US). This is why they are asking.

Those transfer fees seem steep for a buyer. Have you considered LT transfers which is much cheaper?

What you can reserve is very different than what the resale buyer can reserve. Can you look at your deed? Does it say US Collection, Hawaii Collection, something else? Diamond is now call "Hilton Vacation Club". "Garden" is used in a Hilton hotel brand called Hilton Garden Inn and has no relation to the timeshare programs.

Lastly if you are giving away, consider Timesharenation.com
Yes I’m giving it away. All I know is it’s so expensive now to buy into it. So whoever takes it over will get a good deal. What is LT transfers ?
Aaaah I was not aware that the resale person is limited to the choice of Resorts. This is something that we can have a three-way call with Hilton. As a Diamond member I know I have access to all the results in a diamond collection as well as a lot of international resorts this year. In 2024 i have used it in Tahoe, Hawaii Cabo.

sadly as mentioned you own diamond resorts or hilton vacation club, not hgvc.

to add insult to injury, most dri ownerships are rather difficult to give away even for free :(

might want to reach out to dri to inquire about their transitions program for 2025, though that is rather expensive as its per contract!

Yes I did already and I’m about to surrender it and that’s why I was looking to see if someone would like to take it over because here I am just giving it away.

no worries, its a great idea to offer it up for free as that will likely be far cheaper than the transitions program fee!

Transitions program want a processing fee and that’s what I want the new buyers to pay. They’re still getting 15,000 points for life and in today’s day and time hilton is selling it for so much more it’s ridiculous. they wanted us to buy 5000 more points for like $30,000.

unfortunately there is little chance anyone going to pay the 2025 fees or closing costs for a DRI resale.

Then the fees you are quoting are probably much lower than you were told. Those fees are to deed the ownership back to Diamond/Hilton. The actual transfer fees might be lower. I don't know what they are for DRI collections.
