You have my blessing to go ahead with another purchase. There are so many bargains out there that you would be a fool to pass on them. They might not come around again.
 
Wouldn't it be nice to own fixed week 7, 27 & 34 though! Sure it would be in an overbuilt area AND Presidents week isn't Always week 7....But...its so cheap!
 
Just accumulate deposited weeks with RCI/II. That'll be fun actively managing deposits so as not to have any of them expire. That's what I'm going to do. And I'm considering doing it wiith multiple exchange companies as an added challenge. I am sick.
 
I'm only going to buy until I have 52 weeks worth.

I did this a year and a half ago. Well it was actually week 2 and week 7, MLK and Presidents week most years. Picked up 2 ski weeks that we will use every year. Those bargains don't come along every day!

How do you like smugglers Notch? I've been looking for my chance to check that place out for 2 years...hopefully next year i can find a cheap exchange

I'm managing at least one deposit in each of RCI Points, RCI Weeks, Platinum Interchange, MROP and VRI*ity.

Five different exchanges - whew :eek:

And I'm considering another - OMG

Yes, I did this for 2012 and then deposited an extra to get an exchange I did not have the right unit for. :hysterical: ( Don't regret that ..Niagra on the Lake-fractional ownership..brand new! )

But you don; t need to own 52 weeksin order to timeshare 52 weeks!

We love Smugs Ride, great resort and so much to do for us and the kids.
If you like to ski you also have Stowe close by.
You can find exchanges there in the winter months - our first trip there was an RCI exchange before we bought.

Our favorite resort though is a much smaller place - Bolton Valley. Great skiing, and the lifts are almost right out your door. They also have THE best snow shoe and x country trail network of any VT resort.

I thought week 7 was ALWAYS Pres week. I was considering buying one! Did I not go far enough into the future year wise when I was making sure week 7 was Pres. week? Someone know the next year they don't match up?

I know that 4th of July varies between 26 and 27. I thought this was becasue they were farther into the year.

From what i've read, it is Presidents week 7 out of 8 years...

I'm not sure if that's true or not, but I do know that my week 7 - Saturday check in week was NOT Presidents Day in 2011. It was this year.

Likewise, my week 2 will not be MLK in 2013 (Friday check in). I don't know how often it happens, but it does happen!
