There is another spot for beluga sightings which is closer for those of us in the North East. That is going to Sagueney Fjord, which is about 3 hours east of Quebec City. We spend a week at an Interval timeshare in Beaupre, and I actually planned on driving to Sagueney and spending the night there, but it rained too much and we weren't able to go.
