Wonderful article. We’ll probably never make it to Northern Manitoba, reading about it made me feel happy.

There is another spot for beluga sightings which is closer for those of us in the North East. That is going to Sagueney Fjord, which is about 3 hours east of Quebec City. We spend a week at an Interval timeshare in Beaupre, and I actually planned on driving to Sagueney and spending the night there, but it rained too much and we weren't able to go.
