As I read about Wyndham's "Ovation" deed back program and a similar one for DRI "Transitions" I'm wondering does anyone know if the Vacation Village resorts from Daily Management also have a deed back program now? In particular Vacation Village at Parkway.

I am interested in knowing this, as well. Please keep the us updated if you find anything out about a vacation village deed back program. I'm helping a family friend decide what to do with a 2br lo in the Berkshires. He's still enjoying it, but needs to develop an exit strategy for when the time comes.

I'm finding that even his prime summer week #30 (Tanglewood music season) has a negative value (i.e. seller must offer buyer incentives and pay all fees) so I'm doubtful there is a deed back program.
