I want to sell my time share. I believe they put their phone number on TUG website. I called them. They will be calling me in 1/2 hr to talk about my timeshare in royal resort.
Do any one know about this company? Are they credible? Need help desperately know.

If they want you to pay anything upfront, odds are they are a scam. You will be out whatever you pay them and still have your TS. Sorry.

Scam-a-roonie!

DO NOT NOT NOT sign it over to them or give them ANY money, or your bank account or credit card information. You will never see your money again.

If you want to sell your Royal Resort week(s), you can do so legitimately through the Royals resale office (Call ISCO, to whom you pay your MF) or via eBay, redweek.com, http://royalresortowners.ning.com/, or TUG. Unlike many timeshares, Royals do have value (though likely not what you paid for it), and you won't have to give it away or sell it for $1.

Where was their phone number on TUG?
 
This company will not sell your timeshare. What they will do is CHARGE YOU $1,000 - $3,000 to "take your timeshare off your hands."

Please don't pay someone to take your timeshare until you've tried all other avenues. I'd start with PJ's suggestion above.

If that doesn't work, come back and find out how to legitimately give it away - BUT DON'T PAY SOMEONE!

***Now that you have posted, you are likely to get messages from companies offering to sell your TS for you. The cardinal rule is NEVER pay any kind of a fee to sell your timeshare. Anyone who charges you a high upfront fee is going to scam you. Legitimate brokers take their fees out of the proceeds from the sale.
