Does anyone know anything about Soundside Holiday Beach Resort Fl

I am trying to get some information on properties in the Pensacola area.
I have a brother in law who has a college daughter who is having surgery
and needs her family close by.
They are looking for March 9-12th
in the Pensacola area.

Does anyone have any feedback on how old this resort is and if the bathrooms
have been updated?
I appreciate any help you can give me on the area.
 
I have been an owner at a sister resort in Destin for 15 years and I went to this property about 5-6 years ago for a few days. Here is what I remember. The resort is small but still nice and clean. I don’t know if the units have been updated since I was there, but they were somewhat dated then but still in good working order. I will say this, the resort is Destin is an older resort also and they keep it up well so I would expect this resort to be kept up well. However, please keep in mind this is not a Marriott or Hilton. With all that said, I would stay there again. You might also try TripAdvisor because there are several recent reviews there. As I am typing I noticed that I am late on this reply but I will still post it in case someone else has similar questions.
