Does AC affilicated with Marriott deposit has the same Marriott priority?

I received an AC from II depositing my Marriott mountainside. Does the AC has the Marriott priority while pulling other Marriott units inside and outside the flex-exchange period? Thanks.

Yes, it still has the Marriott priority.

It trades within the grid and cannot be used during Christmas and Easter.
