Resorts Owned
Rent only
Every so often I like to share a gem of a place that’s real affordable. I have quite a few gems in Hawaii and PV that I check first before I continue my hunt.

I should say the one reason I rent is because I love finding these gems that I would not look for if I was a TS owner. I suppose it’s a sense of freedom for me.

Ok, here’s one of my gems.

Wailuku House on Maui.

Great hosts, beautifully clean rooms, nice pool and 120 a night. I actually feel like I am renting a whole house. Maureen there treats you like family.

So, do you have a gem of a place to stay at that costs no more than 150 a night?
