I don't remember going through ROFR for our Willow Ridge weeks when we bought.

Any insight on which are exempt from ROFR?

There may be a more up to date version now, but this is the most recent I know about

I am selling a Willow Ridge and thought no ROFR for that one. I don't know of anyone who has had the ROFR exercised. We don't have a sticky on that, do we? I didn't look.

There are examples of failures on rofr.net and I believe I have had a refusal there in the past as well as HL. Though I do own 2 WR Platinum weeks that were very cheap, like $0 with no closing.

Willow Ridge does have ROFR. I bought a week last year and the waiver was submitted by the closing agent.

I can confirm Willow Ridge definitely has ROFR - I had a 2BR annual get ROFRed earlier this year.

If you enter your resort name here, you will find many entries including a few recent ones

I had two different Willow Ridge get ROFR for $1 each contract. So, I don't own any Marriott and just own a Sheraton SBP now, which turns out to be even lower MF for trading on the small 1 BR, so it worked out for me. I don't think SBP has ROFR, but I know you asking about Marriott, which I don't know and will let others with more knowledge respond.
