Disneyland may utilize virtual queue for Galaxy's Edge

By Jamie Biesiada / Travel Weekly / travelweekly.com / Jun 20, 2019

“On June 24, guests at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif., will be able to enter Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge without a reservation, but access might be granted via a virtual queue system if guest demand is high.

Disney released information on accessing the land when reservations are no longer required. Since Galaxy's Edge opened May 31, guests have been able to enter only with a reservation.

Starting June 24, Disneyland might use a virtual queuing system "as needed" for access to Galaxy's Edge. Guests will find out if a virtual queue will be used on any given day by checking the Disneyland app or on signage throughout the park....”
