Undercover tourist has slightly discounted prices for Disney Tickets. Mousesavers.com recommends them. Has anybody bought tickets from them? Were you happy with the service etc?

I've purchased from them twice. Delivery both times was exactly what I ordered, and arrived sooner than promised. It's not a large savings, but every little bit helps. I'm comfortable recommending them to others.

I ordered them a couple weeks ago and they arrived in a weeks time. Were what we purchased.

Ditto

Same Story here...purchased from them just before the price increase (which the mousesavers alert email warned me about) and saved $12 per ticket over buying direct from disney with our tickets arriving in a week. Then on August 3rd my 6 day passes went up an additional $8 for a total savings of $20x4 tickets. Thanks to undercover tourist and Mousesavers heads up I saved my family $80...that will pay for our parking for the week at Disney :)

Oh, and if you buy ahead of time, make sure to copy or scan the back of the tickets and bring the copy with you to Florida. If any of them are ever lost or stolen, Disney can replace them immediately with this info!

Enjoy your trip...I cannot wait til the end of September for ours :)

Ditto. Bought 5 tickets for my trip last April, arrived in a week, and used them with no problem.

And I second ngmaui's recommendation to scan the backs, or at least copy down the numbers. I did both, and had a piece of paper in my wallet with the numbers. It came in handy when, after the eleventy millionth ride on Splash Mountain (my 5 yo granddaughter loved it), we got so soaked that the water got through the tickets. The fastpass machines (at Splash Mountain, of course) would no longer accept them. So I hoofed it back to Guest Services at Main Street to get them replaced. The tickets were so soaked that the CM couldn't read the numbers. She was so impressed when I whipped out the piece of paper from my wallet with the ticket numbers on them. She commented that it was a great idea. With those numbers, she replaced the tickets in about 1 minute flat.

That makes me feel better. I bought a couple of those non expiration 10 day passes, but haven't used them yet. They are printed on extremely flimsy paper cards with a magnetic strip. I was very surprised they didn't come on a hard plastic card and don't see how it would be possible for these passes not to disintegrate after a few years of use (especially if it rains or on water rides). I'm glad it's a fairly easy process to get new ones, since they are sooo expensive.

I bought a ten day non-expiring at the park last Fall and it's printed on the same flimsy paper cards with the magnetic strip.
