I have had great experiences with both Judi and Seth. You have to find what you want at a reasonable price (or be reasonable when selling) and they both worked with me. I have also bought thru ebay and i prefer dealing with a reputable reseller personally.

I personally did not find Diane very helpful. I'm very sure that she is trusted and can't go wrong but it seemed to me that her interest is getting a deal that closes quickly as possible and not finding a best deal for the buyer. I don't blame her but that's not buyer's interest. This happens when a real estate agent represents both buyer and the seller.
