Begining use will be 2012 week, which can be banked March 1, 2011 after maintenance fees (this year $361) are paid. I will pay the resort transfer costs. Nothing owed on this week. I bought it back when the South Africa weeks were recommended on TUG and have just purchased a Marriott, so I am leaving RCI after next year when my membership runs out.

Gets good trades in Orlando, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Cancun area, Hilton Head, and even Carribean. (I just saw one of those sailing vacations from British VI with my 2011 week).

Resort is super easy to deal with--give them credit card info and they bank your week within a few days.
