Design the perfect timeshare

Shearwater has ocean views from every unit, but they don't have a beach right there, you have to hike down to it.

Psssttt....Cindy - that's not a Starwood resort... ;)

Thank you all for making sure that a swim up bar is on the list. I also love the idea of DVR as I miss it tremendously every time I travel.

1. Atlantis Waterpark
2. 3 bedrooms like Mariott Chateau Las Vegas, lock off into a true 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom (no studios)
3. A Masterbedroom with a bed that can move to the outside with a Lanai big enough for the bed (sleeping under the stars, listenng to the crashing waves on Maui):D

Yup, you can use the accessory input. I'll try it again when I'm in Princeville next month and confirm.

FYI, confirmed! :)

This works great. Just go to Radio Shack and buy a stereo mini-audio to mini-audio (should be ~$5-7). On the Bose, turn it around and unplug the DVD audio cable, which SVN connects to the AUX input, and use that port to connect your iPod. Set the Bose to AUX and turn up the volume!

BTW, the WPORV unit has a standard Scientific Atlanta cable box for the TV, which includes HBO On Demand movies and radio stations. I hope they're considering doing the same at the other resorts - I think this is a big improvement on the standard TV selections they had in the past.

I can't believe no one has mentioned...

1BD/1BD lock-offs..I LOVE the ability to trade the small 1BD or bring guests who feel like they have their own suite.

Ice Makers in the fridge! (water would be nice too)

I much prefer murphy beds (instead of the pull out sofa)
I agree but still a sofa too so you can sit and it feels more like a living room unless the lock-off is very big and has two separate areas. A washer and dryer in the lock-off too would be more important than a full kitchen.
