I callled on Sunday to deposit my Starwood week for the first time (in II). I know I got an unexperienced person, but I didn't have time to mess around with it and call back another time. It is a mandatory resort, so no other options there.
So, she couldn't figure out how to tell me what might be deposited. I decided to take my chances and see what I got. She said it would be up to 72 hours to see my deposit. Well, still nothing there except my "real" resort, which lists floating 2009. I don't even own 2009! I have an EOY even year.
What is up with that? Is that a dummy week just sitting in there? I assume it isn't what they deposited, because it says floating, without any dates.
Do I need to call them back again? I really dislike talking to people.
