used the RCI chat feature to "complain" the deposit calculator still isn't working.

at the end of the URL line is an icon that looks like a torn piece of paper...try clicking on that before going into the calculator....

it fixed mine up.....

(they couldn't tell me why you now need to do this but did not before):wall:

Worked for me...

THANK YOU!
That tip solved the problem for me also.

Worked for me too!

Thank you! Should have known that a TUGger would come up with a solution since RCI doesn't seem to think anything is wrong with it!!!!

It didn't work for me and still don't. I talked to a RCI tech this morning and he said they are aware of the calculator problem and that is going to be one of things they will try to fix tonight during maintenance. He said it is working for some people off and on and none for others. He talked about that green/grey icon up top and it needs to be there if you have IE7. My other laptop has the upgraded IE9 and it doesn't have the icon. I did get further in the calculator like getting the resorts names to come up with my other laptop but then it reverts back to the first page available deposits. It won't let me put in type of units. As for the deposits available, my are all messed up and he said there is a glinch in that and to ignore it.

I still can't get the RCI calculator to work. I'm thinking it has something to do with the IE version. Any thoughts on this?

I can enter all my data but when I hit "calculate" it just spins away. So sad. I'm going to try Firefox next.

Just tried with Firefox and it works fine. Another reason to avoid I.E. :)

Usually when I type Silverleaf all the resorts come up and I click my resort. This does not happen nothing works. Now on my other laptop when I type Silverleaf the resorts come up and I click my resort and then click type of unit and when I go to click week number I lose everything and it reverts back to previous box for available weeks to deposit. This is so frustrating:crash:

I still can not get the calculator to work with IE. I am sure it has something to do with the IE version. I gave up on it for now. I did put RCI.com in the Google Chrome search and everything comes up great. So I am using that for RCI now.

Also when I went into RCI thru IE I can not see any of the resort photos but when I search with Chrome all the photos come up now.
