You also need to do some market research - you are way over priced. To determine the resale value, go to ebay, log in, search for your resort by exact name, click on "completed auctions" - that will tell you what your TS is selling for. In this economy, most are selling for 0-10% of original retail. Studios are at the bottom. - DeniseM Moderator]
