Does deed location matter? We have two deeded properties at The Cliffs at Long Creek. The two times we bought points, it felt like we had some security because this is one of the Bass Pro properties. We have been looking at another purchase but maybe thru another "Welcome Center" and was told they can't offer anything at Wilderness Club or surrounding Bass Pro properties because that particular location is not associated with that little Bluegreen niche. Does the deeded location make a difference? Owners for less than a year so we have lots to learn.

Also anybody heard that once Hilton takes full control points will go over $6 each?

To me, BG deeded location mainly only matters for two reasons. The first applies to everyone: if your deed has a desirable Priority Use Period (at least to you), you will be able to guarantee a stay for that specific week at that specific resort as long as you request it by the (11 months out?) deadline. Aside from that, your points work pretty much the same across the system. The second reason applies to strictly resale owners: bonus time can only be had at their home resorrs; retail owners can book bonus time anywhere it's available.
