Does anyone have any information on Lonnie Dalson of Dalco Management Group based in Florida? He is wanting to sell our timeshare and is asking for a signed power of attorney as well as an upfront admin fee of $500.00. Any comments?

Please read our Faq how to sell

http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44

and that will answer all of your questions.

The short answer is never ever pay anyone anything more than a listing fee ( under $50) to sell your timeshare.

Period!

If you do, you will be out the $500 and still have your timeshare, now minus another $500

fwiw,

Greg
