Custom House Presentation

Just offered 40K at Westin Princeville. We are going on Wednesday. It's really not a bad deal for us, but I would rather they offer 60K. How does one get that?

I did not get a renovated room at SBP and handled it very well. Although I was hurting inside lol! . But I don’t know how you get it. They said it was 50,000 for the 40 anniversary but gave extra 10,000 for not going during 8-10 am slot.

The renovated rooms are beautiful. I was very impressed. I hope they finish the reno by next year.

I got offered 60,000 bonvoy points or $350 Visa card at SBP for going to presentation not the early peak times. So I chose 11:45. Took 60,000 points as I am trying to reload my points to go the Turks and Caicos.
Good deal. We have taken them up on 40K for a tour this week at SDO.

We’ll be there soon. I know there is a 7-11 across the street. Are there any food markets within walking distanc?
We were there this week. There is a lovely supermarket called Roche Bros on 8 summer street. Definitely walkable but takes about 10 minutes so don't buy too much at once!

Very off topic question-I see abbreviations for vacation club properties such as "SBP". I can't identify the property because I am not familiar with it. Soooo...is there a list somewhere that can help identify their full names?

It’s Sheraton Broadway Resort.

just did a virtual presentation for $250.00. Wondering how often is one allowed do presentations as we will be at a vacation club in October. Really don’t feel like sitting thru another session of saying no but curious.
Thanks

The only time I haven't been invited is if I'm in contract to close. For instance, when I bought a week at Los Suenos I was not invited at Grande Vista however I was invited to attend a virtual update right after closing.

It just depends. If a sales office is behind goal or has opening they tend to allow more marginal invites than if they are very busy and/or hitting sales goals.

I spend 3-4 weeks a year at MVC locations but for me I only seem to get invited about once per year. I never buy anything and only own resale weeks- so I doubt I am a top prospect that they always want to attend!

There is a Whole Foods on Cambridge St, less than a mile away probably 15-20 minute walk.
There is also a Trader Joes in the Seaport on Thompson Place (Next to Trillium) also under a mile away and also a 15-20 walk.
