duke states that the SVO salesperson is claiming that WPORV is increasing - LOL - only SVO would increase prices in a declining market - especially with less than robust sales at WPORV.
The 1Bd at WKORV OV is for the south resort - WKORVN does not sell 1Bd units separately. These can be had for about $16K resale (EY).
