When you say the deed was filed, do you mean that it was filed with the county or sent to Vistana.
If you used LTT, they get it out within a few days; it’s all done electronically now.

That’s interesting - when I added a few weeks to my personal II account, they removed my WSJ Coral Vista HomeOptions unit which I had sold. I wanted to keep it to use for Vistana searches.
Interesting. I was unaware that Marriott was notifying II when you sold a week and thus deleting it from an individual II account. Perhaps now that they are part of the same parent company they are sharing more information.
When you say log in to your personal platinum account, are you just using one login username and password and then are presented with different accounts that you can select from?
Yes. Three membership boxes pop up. If I click on one of my two DVC gold corporate memberships, it directs me to the Disney Vacation Club site to log into DVC.
Yes, I can still see the platinum membership (it is the first box). The Vistana resale is not mandatory.
I can still see our old pre-Abound individual II account that had our weeks before enrollment. It hasn't been active since 2012. I've asked II if they could remove that from our screen after logging in but they said they can't.
I've got a similar thing with a freebie account that II gave to us with our SDO before we did the retro. The SDO unit got moved over to the corporate account but we still have the indivdiual account sitting there. I still get discount offers to renew/upgrade it to Gold/Platinum and can see all of the Getaways even though the membership expired in 2019 and there is nothing else there. When I go to book a getaway it tells me they will add the membership fee to my booking. I haven't tried going past that stage, but it looks like you could still use the account without an actual unit in the account if you're willing to pay the membership fee.
Then I think you should be able to add it to the existing platinum account. You'll have to wait until the transfer is done and even then it may take awhile until it gets into your II account. We had to wait around an extra six weeks after it showed up in Vistana before it was in our II account. It may be faster if you are requesting it going into an individual account though (ours was a mandatory property).
