How much are current membership fees and exchange fees in RCI and II?

Here's a link to the current RCI fees. It will require an RCI login.

Thx. So many options with both these companies but the basic RCI membership looks like $109 and exchange fee $299.

Briefly, what exactly are the differences in what appears to be 3 different “tiers” of II membership (Interval, Interval Gold, Interval Platinum), besides cost?

Difference in fees for size upgrade, free 5 guest certificates for Platinum membership, greater discounts on Getaway weeks. Occasionally, some getaway weeks can be seen by Platinum members for a few days before they are open up to other members.

Thanks!

Did you go to the resorts mostly you owned (e.g. without exchange)? How did you achieve full-time timesharing or 6 months/year? How many timeshare weeks do you own?
It is even difficult for me to get consecutive weeks via exchanges nowadays?

Hi!

We were full time Timesharing for 7 years. We had sold our house and went searching for the best place ( with no snow— a personal preference— ) to retire . We thought we’d know in two years. but we liked (almost) everywhere! So we just kept on.

Right now we are in our own timeshare in St Augustine for 5 weeks and then will have 2 exchanged weeks in Orlando before flying home.

I have written articles in Timesharing Today which might help you:”Winning the Timeshare Game” and “Buy a Timeshare and See the World.” Also check out my BLOG that starts in 2008 and shares how we did it . ( I haven’t posted for a while but the history is there.)

Keep in mind that gold and platinum are add on memberships over the basic interval one. You have to have an active basic interval membership and then can pay to add either gold or platinum. Platinum includes all the benefits of gold plus additional discounts.

I have always found Interval membership pricing confusing. I know that a regular membership is $99, and that a Gold membership is $99 for regular + $64 for Gold = $163.
Is Platinum $99+$64+$139=$302 or is it $99+$139=$238 for one year of Platinum membership?

Platinum is just the $99+$139.
