Current checkout taxes at Nanea 2 bedroom

Anyone know the current daily taxes due on Westin 2 bedroom Nanea, at checkout?
 
Another Nanea question, does Westin honor the view category on an II trade like Marriott seems to? Thank you

They should, but has anyone seen an oceanfront week show up through II? Isn't the only other view designation there resort view?

Oh, I don't know, I traded into Nanea when it first opened many many years ago.

We paid $34.45/night last year for a 2BR. I suspect it probably went up a little this year as it is based off the maintenance fees.

It was $30.18 per day last month for a Nanea 2 bedroom

What view did you have? We were in oceanfront. I wonder if the amounts are different between resort view and oceanfront given that Nanea is points based and more points are needed for OF over OV.
 
Can this information for Nanea and other resorts be added under the FAQ sticky, perhaps under the Resorts information, where there are resort maps etc? thanks!
 
There are too many variations, and it changes too often.

Marriott has a list they update each year. So far I can’t find one that they’ve created for Vistana.
