Does anyone know the current all-inclusive fees at Club Velas Vallarta for owners? (also for non-owners?)

With resale prices so low, currently, the difference between owners' & non-owners' fees might justify an actual purchase!:D

The AI for owners is currently $85/p/d for 7 days and $92 p/p/d for 4 days.

Thru RCI it varies on season , most times being about double.

Be cautious with resales if you do not want to have to do AI, as the new contracts are ALL Inclusive, no option. Older contracts are optional AI.

Also watch the MF's , they are fairly high and increase substantially every year....a studio is $629/yr now and a Villa Plus one bedroom is $852.93. A Regular one bedroom woul dbe slightly lower. The Villa Plus has a much better lay out.

No negative though since I own 3 weeks there myself.

.

Thanks! That's just the info I needed.

When you say new contracts, do you mean all resales? Or can I buy an older contract and get the optional A/I?

Thanks,

Dave

Pammex,
When you wrote 'be cautious with resales' do you mean that if we sell our contracts the purchaser might need to pay AI?

Also, have you met Monica the new contract manager?
Thanks

No I have not met Monica.....

If an older contract no the AI remains optional. Be cautious with resales..I meant be sure you check and recheck info on contract etc. Correct type of unit...correct MF's, no acceleration of weeks, optional AI, correct number of bedrooms & bathrooms, use weeks etc. etc. etc...due diligence....
