good morning...
MVCD designed this system to provide for functional co-mingling while preserving the integrity of the real estate deeded "Trust". Please remember that there are approx 750,000 week units in the MVCD system. Prior to 6/20/10 450,000 were sold as Legacy owner weeks. The other 300,000 were MVCD owned. Many of these were put in the real estate trust. The bottom line is that Legacy weeks by definition will always be about 65% of inventory. Every time a Trust owner snags some of this Legacy inventory via the Exchange company an equivalent number of points inventory from Trust is placed in Exchange Company.
Points are really points!!!
The issues are the skim and the$1995 fee for enrollment for resale buyers. Without these 2 issues TUGGERS would be doing hand flips over this system!!!
I have obtained so much benefit from these points that even at $1995 in contrast to the $695 I paid, It would still be worth it. There are so many ways to beat the skim, that it should not be a factor!!! The savings in yearly fees more than pays for the points lost in the skim!!!
