For what it’s worth, we had a very bad, horrible no good experience in November 2023 staying Oceanfront when they were working on the outside of the building.
They had workers on the balcony outside the bedroom windows at 8 AM- painting, plastering, playing music. The entire untit smelled like paint all week. They put wood in the slider so we couldn’t open it/ use it half of it the entire week even when they weren’t there.
We asked to be moved and were told there were not other rooms available. They brought us air freshers to fix the smell. It was awful. We stayed away all day and slept in the living room. We wrote to management both during and after our stay and their reply was they were sorry that we felt that way and hoped we try them again sometime. I doubt we will.
I have been onsite at other MVC when renovations were in progress (Maui, Ocean Point) and it was fine.
I still don’t see how they can offer rooms in that condition.
I would reconsider reservations their if you will/could be in Osprey. Management doesn’t seem to care about the individual affected.
