Crown Reef Resort - Myrtle Beach

Has anyone ever stayed at this property?

Also if anyone has some insight as to what Myrtle Beach may be like in late January-Early February.. Looking to look at the Ocean for a couple weeks if nothing else (not lay on the beach people, just like to have the ambiance)

Expect highs in the mid to upper 50s and lows in the mid 30s.

Not balmy but warmer than Alberta!

Walking around in a Jacket or golfing in one doesn't bother us.. Got below Freezing for the first time this fall here last night.
Anyone have any experience with Crown Reef? Any insight at all, we can book our entire stay there on one exchange fee and the units look really nice. The reviews seem to be very hard on the hotel rooms, but in the pictures on their website you can tell the rooms are maybe dicey, but the 2BR condos looks beyond decent.

I am just as content sitting on an oceanfront balcony in a hoodie as I am in shorts and flip-flops.

I know nothing about Crown Reef or that part of Myrtle Beach. Looks nice enough!
 
We stayed at Crown Reef Beach Hotel many years ago
Our unit was nice. Myrtle Beach weather is nice in Feb.

Resort amenities fee is 40 US dollars Only Credit Cards accepted.
Resort amenities fee is "per day" & "for rental reservations only"
Be sure to verify the resort fees when staying on a RCI Exchange
 
We love the SC coast that time of year. Some days, it might get into the low 60s. Great weather to walk on the beach and the boardwalk. Some restaurants and amusements will be closed, but still plenty of places open, too.
