All,

I only own one Wyndham contract (and its an EOY) and I reliably credit pool the points to give myself more time to figure out what to do.

My question is, if I owned a second Wyndham contract (also an EOY -- with same Usage Year) and I wanted to credit pool its points as well, does it cost me $39 for each contract, or the points from both contracts? (understanding that the rules could change in the future -- as can the fee)

Please advise and thanks!

Greg

Only the one fee is charged if done at the same time, no matter how many contracts or points. Was $39 last I did it.

Can resale points be pooled? Or only points purchased directly thru Wyndham? I was at Bonnet Creek last week and the sales rep at my owner's update was insisting that my resale points could not be pooled since they were not purchased directly from the developer. I assumed she was lying....?

Sorry to disappoint the Sales Rep. The member directory states before the beginning of the use year. VIP Gold is upto 6 months after the start of the use year. VIP Platium is up to 9 months after the start of the use year.

This isn't quite correct. It is only 1 fee if all contracts have the same use year (example jan-dec). I have 4 contracts with 3 different use years and had to pay a fee to pool for each use year. The one use year I had 2 contracts on, I only had to pay 1 fee for those 2.

Use year does not matter if you pool them at the same time. Only one fee is charged per my experience.

Last time I tried to pool everything at once and they were going to charge me 3 different fees. Maybe the rep was wrong, just posting my personal experience.
