The companies did not sell a single timeshare unit
 
the steal 30 million dollars and only get a 250K fine.. where is the justice in that. 25 yrs he is out in 5-7 with good behavior, and 5 yrs probation.

i guess crime does pay.

now if he had a 15 million dollar fine and 10yrs hard time with 10 yrs prob. now that might some effect for a couple days or so..
